Junior Sales Engineer

As a Sales Representative at Nexus Automations, you will play a crucial role in understanding the sales process, generating leads, building relationships, and presenting tailored solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the team to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas. - Identifying potential customers through research, networking, and outreach. - Initiating conversations with prospective clients to generate interest in products or services. - Supporting senior sales staff by preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, and managing paperwork. - Following up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities. - Assisting in the sales process by preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts. - Gathering information on competitors, market trends, and customer needs to contribute to sales strategies. - Updating and maintaining customer information in the CRM system. - Compiling sales reports and data analysis to track progress and provide insights to the sales team. Qualifications: - Any UG/PG Degree in a related field. Experience: - Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in sales. Required Skills: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans. - Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. - Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles. - Strong leadership and managerial skills to motivate and develop a sales team.
