About the role:

Were hiring a Junior Sales Associate to support our lead generation, outreach, and client-facing sales activities. This role is ideal for someone with 12 years of sales or business development experience (or strong internship exposure) who wants to learn how to sell AI products in the B2B space.

Youll work directly with our founding team and senior sales members to:

  1. Identify new prospects
  2. Schedule and attend meetings with senior stakeholders (CMOs, CEOs, Founders)
  3. Visit clients on field and sell packages of the product
  4. Assist in product demos and proposal follow-ups
  5. Learn the full sales cycle from outreach to closing

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Outreach
  2. Build targeted lead lists across industries like real estate, BFSI, real estate developers, manufacturing, etc.
  3. Use LinkedIn, Apollo, Google Sheets, referrals, and outreach tools to identify and reach potential clients
  4. Write and send cold messages, email scripts, and WhatsApp intros under supervision
  5. Follow up on inbound leads and keep track of outreach results
  6. Sales Support & Meetings
  7. Schedule and prepare for demo meetings with decision-makers
  8. Attend client meetings
  9. Take notes, share recap emails, and track action items post-meeting
  10. Help customize proposals, pitch decks, and case studies as needed
  11. On-Ground Client Interaction
  12. Attend client offices, expos, or events (mostly in Mumbai) when needed
  13. Represent Trustvid professionally in in-person settings
  14. Support during pilot campaigns by coordinating between internal and client teams
  15. CRM & Admin
  16. Update CRM tools, Notion dashboards, and sales trackers regularly
  17. Coordinate contracts, NDAs, invoices, and basic sales documentation
  18. Support senior sales and marketing team with collateral needs and data entry

Youre a good fit if you:

  1. Have 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
  2. Are confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking to clients over video calls or in-person
  3. Are excited by AI, martech, or SaaS sales and want to learn in a startup environment
  4. Can write clear messages and follow up diligently with leads
  5. Are fluent in English (spoken and written) and comfortable with basic Excel/Sheets
  6. Are eager to grow into a full-cycle sales role in 612 months

Bonus points:

  1. Know how to use tools like LinkedIn SalesNav, Apollo, Notion, or Mailchimp
  2. Have worked at an agency or startup before
  3. Understand B2B buying processes or have pitched to businesses before
