Develop and implement creative social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement. Monitor, manage, and nurture online communities, responding to comments and messages. Analyze platform performance, campaign reach, and create regular reports for leadership. Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Track and optimize performance using analytics tools. Compensation Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience. Incentives: Earn bonuses for each viral video that exceeds campaign benchmarks. Job Description: Jai Balajee Plywood Industries Private Limited (JBPI), renowned as Naturo, is a leading manufacturer of plywood and related goods in India. This is an entry-level, full-time & physical role for Junior Sales Associates, located at Naturo Industries Experience Center, Paharganj, New Delhi. We're looking for talented and ambitious individuals who are eager to learn and build a career in the interior panels industry. The salesmen will develop and work in at least 1 sub-specialization: - Interior Design + Coordination - Accounting - Field Marketing (Pre-requires a 2-wheeler) - Digital Marketing - Contractor Coordination & end-to-end service management - Dispatch & Inventory management. The salesmen will be tasked with both regular and value-adding activities, i.e., supporting sales, customer service, participating in relevant training sessions, and building a deep knowledge of interior surfaces, materials & its verticals. Qualifications: - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills - Experience & interest in Sales and Sales Management - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Having completed a degree related to Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field - Proficiency in any of the above-mentioned fields is a must. Duration & Timings: The salesmen can work in a flexible yet accountable fashion as our store is open 7 days a week from 11 am to 8 pm. All staff members are required to complete 225 hours a month and will be eligible for overtime compensation. For any leaves, essential handovers during absence are mandatory for all salesmen.
