Junior Recruitment Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of the recruitment process to effectively identify and attract qualified candidates for different roles. Your key responsibilities will include: - Talent sourcing: Utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to find suitable candidates. - Candidate screening: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Hiring manager collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. - Interview coordination: Efficiently scheduling and organizing interviews between candidates and the hiring team. - Applicant tracking system (ATS) Management: Maintaining candidate records, managing applications, and ensuring an organized database. - Offer management: Communicating job offers to selected candidates and handling the negotiation process. - Onboarding support: Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. - Reporting and strategy: Monitoring hiring metrics, analyzing recruitment effectiveness, and providing reports to enhance recruitment strategies.
