  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate scheduling for further interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective talent strategies.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring data integrity.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and candidate engagement techniques.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently.

Preferred

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software tools.
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
