Job Description

Develop and maintain systems for systematic equities group.
Build automated workflows to perform quality checks, ensuring outputs are timely, accurate and high-quality.
Identify areas for process improvement and lead automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop clear, well-documented scripts and maintain up-to-date documentation for all automated processes.
Support and enhance the existing technology infrastructure.
Load, validate and troubleshoot raw financial data to ensure data integrity.
Review inputs and outputs of quantitative models for accuracy and completeness.
Rebalance, monitor, and maintain indexes

The Experience You Bring

Proficient in Python or R and SQL.
1 - 3 years of experience in financial services or a related domain.
Demonstrated strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality outputs.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, adaptability to change and a problem-solving approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
