We are seeking a Junior Quantitative Analyst with strong affinity towards Python to join our high-performance team in Palakkad . This is an on-site role for individuals who are passionate about applying data, statistics, and optimization to solve real-world problems. Role & responsibilities Analyze complex datasets to identify insights and drive business outcomes. Perform statistical modelling and machine learning for forecasting, classification, and decision support. Develop and maintain robust Python-based data pipelines and analytical models. Scrape, clean, and inject external data sources using web scraping tools and APIs. Solve operational challenges using optimization techniques such as linear programming and MILP. Create clear and insightful data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders. Communicate findings effectively in excellent spoken and written English to talk to foreign clients. Write efficient and maintainable SQL queries to manipulate and query structured databases. Use Git version control for collaborative development and project management. Participate in regular team reviews, planning, and brainstorming sessions. Must Have Skills Bachelors degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics , or a closely related field. Excellent spoken and written English skills. 02 years of experience in a data-driven or analytical role. Passion for learning and using Python to tackle real-world problems, as Python coding will be a core part of the job. Understanding of statistical concepts and their practical applications. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Familiarity with web scraping tools (Python). Ability to create effective Data Visualizations and Dashboards. Experience using Git for version control in a collaborative environment. Nice to Have Masters degree in quantitative field. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with time-series forecasting or advanced ML algorithms. Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating external data sources. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and software engineering workflows.
