Machine Learning and AI are fundamental components of our design philosophy, and familiarity with these concepts is essential. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, test, and develop quantitative algorithmic trading strategies - Utilize Machine Learning and AI concepts in your work - Apply rigorous and systematic scientific approaches to problem-solving - Experiment with new ideas and methods - Comfortably use Python/C++ for software development - Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate or postgraduate in finance/technology/statistics or related areas - 1-3 years of relevant experience - Prior experience in financial modeling or knowledge of financial markets preferred - Curiosity coupled with quantitative aptitude - Comfort with software development using Python/C++ and associated libraries for data science, scientific computing, and quantitative finance - Good presentation skills with clarity and conciseness It is worth noting that the initial location for this role will be in Kolkata, with potential opportunities for relocation to Bengaluru or Singapore for suitable candidates.
