Junior Project Manager

As a Software Project Manager at our company located in Koratty Infopark (Thrissur), you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of software development projects from initiation to deployment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders, you will ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of technology solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, manage, and deliver software projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies. - Understand project requirements, gather details, and maintain clear documentation to ensure all teams are aligned on requirements and deliverables. - Effectively communicate with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. - Create and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets. - Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success. **Requirements:** - 2+ years of experience in software project management. - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
