Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a proficient Project Manager familiar with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework to manage projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile principles, good communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Agile projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain project documentation such as sprint backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring regular grooming.
• Monitor project progress and address issues and risks proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and enable smooth project execution.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.
• Share updates and project status transparently with stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with Agile practices and help integrate them within teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of Agile project management principles.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM) or similar is preferred.
• Prior experience managing Agile projects using the Scrum framework in a tech environment.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Exposure to SDLC processes is a plus.
