Role Description: This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in Chennai at Atatus. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project tasks, managing inspections, overseeing logistics, and ensuring project delivery within specified timelines. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager proficient in Agile methodologies, a scrum framework to oversee and manage projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services on time and within budget. Responsibilities : Lead and manage Agile projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery of high-quality products/services on time and within budget. Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverable Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Create and maintain project documentation such as project plans, sprint backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is refined and groomed regularly. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing issues and risks in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and facilitate smooth project execution. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, adaptation, and innovation within the project team. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders effectively and transparently. Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and techniques.
