Junior Process Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Process Improvement Executive to support documentation, workflow enhancement, and operational efficiency across various teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and eager to grow in a process excellence role.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze current operational workflows for existing services.
• Support process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
• Utilize and help enhance customized in-house software tools.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Prepare, organize, and analyze Excel-based data for reporting and performance tracking.
• Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs and process maps.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest process-driven solutions.
• Support KPI tracking and assist in preparing improvement reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in process improvement and operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma concepts is an added advantage.
• Ability to quickly learn customized software tools and AEC workflows.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
