About the Role:
Virtual Building Studio is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Process Improvement Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in enhancing workflows, optimizing tools, and maintaining operational efficiency across our services. This is an excellent opportunity for MBA (Operations) freshers or early-career professionals passionate about process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and document existing operational workflows.
• Support process improvement initiatives under senior guidance.
• Manage and recommend improvements for customized in-house software to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and process optimization opportunities.
• Prepare, organize, and analyze data using Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
• Assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
• Monitor KPIs and assist in preparing improvement reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• MBA (Operations) fresher or early-career professional (0–2 years of experience).
• Strong interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.).
• Basic understanding of Lean/Six Sigma concepts is a plus.
• Quick learner, adaptable to customized software tools and AEC workflows.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a process excellence role.
