Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Pre-sales Consultant at Hirezo.co located in Chennai. The Junior Pre-sales Consultant will be responsible for supporting sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and engaging in customer service activities. Tasks include conducting pre-sales consultations, providing product information, addressing client inquiries, and assisting in preparing sales proposals. This role demands strong communication and consulting skills to effectively interact with clients and support their needs.
