About the Role:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior ORM Quality Controller to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of ORM deliverables across platforms. The role involves monitoring responses, checking adherence to brand guidelines, and maintaining high standards of communication in line with client requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review ORM team responses across social media, review sites, and other platforms for accuracy, tone, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure quality, consistency, and timely communication.
  • Identify errors, gaps, or misalignments in ORM processes and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain quality checklists and reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with ORM Executives and Team Leads to provide feedback and ensure corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with brand voice, escalation protocols, and client service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Stay updated on ORM best practices and evolving digital communication standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in ORM, Quality Control, Customer Service, or Digital Marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
  • Basic understanding of ORM tools, social media platforms, and customer engagement practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
