Junior Officer

We are hiring experienced Supervisors for Production, Quality, and Maintenance functions in a high-precision Sheet Metal & CNC Machining environment.

1. Production Supervisors CNC / VMC / Fabrication:

• Manage daily production schedules and Supervise CNC operations including Turning, Milling, VMC, Bending, Punching.
• Ensure process adherence, machine uptime, and quality output.
• Monitor tool life, cutting parameters, and cycle time optimization.

2. Quality Supervisors In-process & Final QC:

• Familiar with measuring instruments: Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM.
• Prepare root cause analysis & corrective action reports.
• Maintain ISO/TS documentation and process audits.

3. Maintenance – Electrical & Mechanical:

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshooting of motors, drives, panels, PLCs (Electrical), and mechanical assemblies.
• Ensure minimum machine downtime and safety compliance.
• spare part management.
