Job Description

We are hiring experienced Supervisors for Production, Quality, and Maintenance functions in a high-precision Sheet Metal & CNC Machining environment.

1. Production Supervisors CNC / VMC / Fabrication:

Manage daily production schedules and Supervise CNC operations including Turning, Milling, VMC, Bending, Punching.
Ensure process adherence, machine uptime, and quality output.
Monitor tool life, cutting parameters, and cycle time optimization.

2. Quality Supervisors In-process & Final QC:

Familiar with measuring instruments: Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM.
Prepare root cause analysis & corrective action reports.
Maintain ISO/TS documentation and process audits.

3. Maintenance – Electrical & Mechanical:

Preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshooting of motors, drives, panels, PLCs (Electrical), and mechanical assemblies.
Ensure minimum machine downtime and safety compliance.
