Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Merchandiser based in Mumbai. The Junior Merchandiser will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to product merchandising, ensuring customer requirements are met, and handling all aspects of order coordination. Other responsibilities include sourcing raw materials, assisting in production planning, collaborating closely with clients and vendors, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction. The role requires consistent communication with clients and internal teams to align with organizational goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Basic understanding of Sales, Retail, and Marketing to support product positioning and customer relationships.
• Ability to manage time effectively, organize tasks, and work collaboratively in team settings.
• Keen attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a focus on quality assurance.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
