• Coordinate with production, sampling, and vendors
• Handle fabric sourcing, trims, and approvals
• Maintain TNA / production tracking sheets
• Support quality checks and timelines
• Assist in buyer communication where needed
• Keep documentation organized
• Take ownership when issues pop up
• Prior experience in garment manufacturing preferred
• Should have worked on domestic brand orders
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Bhiwandi
• Basic merchandising knowledge
• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication and responsibility mindset
