Key Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings and collaborate with multiple stakeholders — including departments, internal facilitators and external vendors
• Design engaging visual creatives and communication material using Canva for L&D initiatives
• Coordinate and execute learning & development programs end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery and effective audience engagement
• Support learner engagement activities and communication campaigns
• Assist with LMS-related tasks (training creation, content upload, updates)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to engage and manage audiences
• Creativity with proficiency in Canva for designing communication material
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
