Key Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate legal documents including

  Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, MOUs, Term Sheets

  , etc.
• Conduct

  due diligence exercises

  for properties of interest to the company.
• Support

  brand onboarding transactions

  and ensure alignment with standard commercial and legal positions by drafting and reviewing

  service level agreements

  and related compliance documents.
• Maintain

  detailed trackers

  for all ongoing deals, ensuring visibility for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with business teams to monitor key contractual milestones such as

  handover dates, renewals, and compliance timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (BBA-LLB/BA-LLB).

• 1–3 years of experience

  in a law firm or in-house legal team, preferably in

  real estate, retail, general corporate,

  or

  commercial contracts.

• Exposure to

  real estate matters

  including lease/license agreements and

  property due diligence

  will be an advantage.
• Ability to

  multi-task

  and adhere to internal legal guidelines to protect company interests.
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  for cross-functional coordination.

• Proactive, organized,

  and willing to learn through

  hands-on engagement

  in live deals.
