Junior Legal Associate

As a legal associate at our prominent law firm, your role will involve a range of responsibilities, including: - **Court Appearance:** Conducting daily court appearances and representing clients in Civil & Criminal matters as well as matters related to real estate under RERA jurisdiction. - **Management:** Managing day-to-day documentation and legal affairs with precision and attention to detail. - **Drafting:** Drafting legal applications, cases, and various legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards. - **Legal Research:** Staying updated on civil, criminal, and real estate laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely advice to clients and colleagues. Qualifications required for this position include: - Law degree from an institution recognized by Bar Council of India. - Bar admission with a minimum of 1 year of experience. - Proven experience in daily court appearances. - Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills. - Proficiency in drafting legal applications and documents. - Good command in conducting legal research.
