Junior Legal Associate

We are looking for dynamic and highly motivated legal associates to join our team at a prominent law firm. As a legal associate, you will have the following responsibilities: You will conduct daily court appearances and represent clients in Civil & Criminal matters, as well as matters related to real estate under RERA jurisdiction. This includes ensuring precision and attention to detail in all legal affairs documentation. Drafting legal applications, cases, and various legal documents will be a key aspect of your role. It is essential to maintain accuracy and compliance with legal standards in all drafted documents. Staying updated on civil, criminal, and real estate laws, policies, and procedures is crucial. This will enable you to provide accurate and timely advice to clients and colleagues based on your legal research. To be considered for this position, you must have a Law degree from an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India, along with a minimum of 1 year of Bar admission experience. Proven experience in daily court appearances, strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills are also required. Proficiency in drafting legal applications and documents, as well as conducting legal research, is essential. Responsibilities include attending daily court hearings, representing clients in Civil, Criminal & RERA-related matters, overseeing day-to-day legal documentation, managing legal affairs efficiently, drafting and reviewing legal applications, cases, and various legal documents, and conducting proper legal research on given subjects.
