About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Legal Executive to join our team and manage all legal matters related to our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate and real estate law, contracts, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Handling property-related documentation, registrations, and compliance
• Coordinating with external legal advisors and government authorities
• Ensuring adherence to legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements in construction projects
• Assisting management in resolving legal disputes and providing timely advice

Eligibility:

• Law graduates (LLB/LLM) with 3–5 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate and real estate law preferred
• Good drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments
