Job Title: Junior Lab Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lab Assistant to support our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be involved in product testing, documentation, and laboratory product development, contributing to our innovative projects and ensuring high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Testing:

- Assist in the testing of laboratory products, following established protocols and procedures.

- Record and analyze test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of experiments, results, and methodologies.

- Prepare reports and summaries of findings for review by reporting manager.

Laboratory Product Development:

- Support the development of new laboratory products by assisting in experiments and trials.

- Collaborate with team members to refine processes and improve product quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of Chemistry / Polymer Chemistry or Diploma in polymer Technology

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols meticulously.

- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

- Basic understanding of laboratory equipment and safety procedures.

- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
