Job Title: IT Technical Project Manager Company: IBR InfoTech LLP Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Onsite Only) Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technical Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute software development projects from initiation to closure. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure all aspects of the project are executed effectively. Monitor and manage project progress, risks, timelines, and budgets. Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana for task tracking and reporting. Conduct regular project status meetings with internal teams and clients. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and timely delivery. Follow and promote Agile and Scrum methodologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 6 Months to 1 years of proven experience in IT project management or a related role. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
