Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Company: IBR Infotech Location: Indore (On-Site) Experience Required: 2 – 5 Years Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Preferred Candidate: Male Job Summary: IBR Infotech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding technical requirements, and handling end-to-end deal closures. This is a target-based role, and candidates must be proactive, communicative, and strategic in acquiring new business using various methods beyond traditional bidding platforms. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and generate high-quality leads through various channels. Schedule and attend client meetings to understand business and technical requirements. Present customized business solutions based on client needs. Work closely with internal teams to align service offerings with client expectations. Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Explore innovative methods for client acquisition apart from bidding platforms like Upwork. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of IT services and solutions. Ability to understand and analyze client technical requirements. Proven experience in sales or business development, particularly in the IT industry. Goal-oriented and capable of working under pressure. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales. Male candidates preferred due to fieldwork and travel involved. Must be comfortable with target-based performance structure.
