Job Description

Position : Junior Business Development Executive Location : Indore (On-site) Experience : 6 months to 1 year in IT sales or business development Salary : ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and performance Key Responsibilities Engage in lead generation through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and email campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their requirements. Collaborate with the technical team to draft accurate and persuasive project proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable business relationships. Required Skills Experience with online bidding platforms ( e.g., Upwork, Freelancer ) Proficiency in lead generation techniques using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and email marketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions. Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
