Core Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring uptime and reliability
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
• Assist in setting up new workstations, laptops, and peripherals
• Document issues, solutions, and technical processes for knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with IT managers and escalate complex issues when necessary

Ideal Candidate

• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, email setup, and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service attitude
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools
• Bonus: Experience with Active Directory, VPN, or ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)

Tools & Platforms

• Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, Linux (basic knowledge)
• Collaboration: MS Teams, Slack, Google Workspace
• IT Support: Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or similar certifications are a plus
• Internship, freelance, or academic project experience in IT support is an advantage

Availability

• Full-time (Monday to Friday)
• 40 hours/week
• 8 hrs/day, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
