Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, you will integrate digital marketing tools and platforms such as CRM and analytics. Your role will involve providing technical support, training staff, and ensuring data security. You will also assist in cybersecurity measures and compliance with regulations, as well as support IT projects and collaborate with vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations. - Integrate digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics). - Provide technical support, train staff, and ensure data security. - Assist in cybersecurity measures and compliance with regulations. - Support IT projects and collaborate with vendors. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field. - Experience in IT support with familiarity in digital marketing tools. - Knowledge of networking and software systems. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
