Junior IT Support

You will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, you will integrate digital marketing tools and platforms such as CRM and analytics. Providing technical support, training staff, and ensuring data security will also be part of your role. You will assist in cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with regulations while supporting IT projects and collaborating with vendors. Requirements and Skills: - A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field is required. - Previous experience in IT support and familiarity with digital marketing tools is desired. - Knowledge of networking and software systems is essential. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills are necessary. Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar are preferred. This is a full-time position located in Goregaon. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience.
