Job Description

Responsibilities: - Maintain IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations. - Integrate digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics). - Provide technical support, train staff, and ensure data security. - Assist in cybersecurity measures and compliance with regulations. - Support IT projects and collaborate with vendors. Requirments and Skills - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field. - Experience in IT support; familiarity with digital marketing tools. - Knowledge of networking, and software systems. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar preferred.
