Junior IT Recruiter - US Market (Night Shift)

About The Role:

We are seeking a talented Junior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a key part in fulfilling our US IT recruitment needs, working independently and collaboratively to identify, attract, and place exceptional candidates in IT positions.

Overview:

• Full -Time: ONSITE 5 days
• Hours: US PST time zone (Night Shift)

Here's what you'll bring to the table:

• Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, from screening resumes to onboarding new hires
• Ability to source and attract top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media (LinkedIn expertise a plus), and direct client outreach
• Knowledge about Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients
• A self-motivated and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to exceeding growth targets
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
• Willingness to work night shifts (PST)

Skills Requirements:

· Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle

· Excellent communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

· Ability to work diligently and deliver results on schedule.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Knowledge in Software development technologies like (Java, C++, SQL etc…)

· Strong knowledge of drafting mails.

Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of experience
• 1year of BPO/Call centre experience
• Fresher graduates with Computer Science background are welcome to apply.

Education:

· UG - BCA, BTech, BSc (CS), Any stream under Computer Science background is a MUST

· PG – MBA (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
