HR Executive ( Night Shift )

You are a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive responsible for supporting global HR operations. Your role involves coordinating end-to-end background checks for candidates placed with international clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will liaise with approved background verification vendors, initiate and monitor verification processes, and communicate with candidates to collect necessary documents such as ID proof, education certificates, and employment history. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation and compliance forms, acting as a communication bridge between recruiters, candidates, and client HR teams to streamline onboarding, managing onboarding schedules, documentation, and orientation logistics, as well as maintaining and regularly updating internal records regarding candidate status, verification progress, and deployment. To excel in this role, you must possess 12 years of experience in HR operations or support roles, excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). You should be willing to work full-time in the night shift (9:30 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday to Friday) and demonstrate strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a desire for long-term career opportunities. This is a full-time position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday during the night shift. The work location is in person.,
