HR Executive ( Night Shift )

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support global HR operations. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in MS Office, have excellent communication skills, and be open to working in night shift on a long-term basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end background checks for candidates placed with international clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with approved background verification vendors to initiate and monitor verification processes.
• Communicate with candidates to collect necessary documents such as ID proof, education certificates, and employment history.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all required documentation and compliance forms.
• Act as a communication bridge between recruiters, candidates, and client HR teams to streamline onboarding.
• Manage onboarding schedules, documentation, and orientation logistics.
• Maintain and regularly update internal records regarding candidate status, verification progress, and deployment.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or support roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to work full-time in night shift (9:30 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday to Friday).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
