Junior / Intern Project Manager

You will be based in either Nagpur or Pune and should have 0-2 years of experience in project management. Your primary responsibilities will include developing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met, allocate resources effectively, track budgets, and ensure cost-efficiency. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies, monitoring project progress, and ensuring high-quality standards will also be key aspects of your role. Regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management, as well as leading and motivating project teams, will be essential. Additionally, you will continuously evaluate and enhance project management methodologies and best practices. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, or Trello is required. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred, and possessing PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification would be advantageous. Your skills in team leadership, quality assurance, risk management, communication, process improvement, leadership, resource management, project planning, budget management, stakeholder management, and project management software will be critical to your success in this role.
