Junior Inside Sales Executive

Cultree is a fast-growing AgriCommerce platform focused on delivering quality agricultural products and services to farmers and agribusinesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers (farmers, retailers) via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations accordingly.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and promotions.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM tools).
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Support in post-sales service, including order tracking and resolution of basic queries.
• Work closely with the store team to understand stock availability and customer preferences.
• Collect feedback from customers and report to the sales and marketing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Agriculture, Business, or related field).
• Strong communication skills in [ preferred languages – e.g., Hindi, English, or local language].
• Basic understanding of agricultural products or a willingness to learn.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to build a career in sales.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Internship or college project experience related to agri products or sales.

Local candidates or those with rural/agricultural background preferred.
