Cultree is a fast-growing AgriCommerce platform focused on delivering quality agricultural products and services to farmers and agribusinesses. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential and existing customers (farmers, dealers, retailers) via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations accordingly. Explain product features, pricing, offers, and promotions. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM tools). Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales. Support in post-sales service, including order tracking and resolution of basic queries. Work closely with the store team to understand stock availability and customer preferences. Collect feedback from customers and report to the sales and marketing team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Agriculture, Business, or related field). Strong communication skills in [ preferred languages – e.g., Hindi, English, or local language]. Basic understanding of agricultural products or a willingness to learn. Proactive attitude and eagerness to build a career in sales. Good knowledge of MS Office and basic digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business, etc.). Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Preferred (Not Mandatory): Internship or college project experience related to agri products or sales. Local candidates or those with rural/agricultural background preferred.
