Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support based in Indore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering online support. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
