Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • 💬 Respond to user queries on WhatsApp and calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • 📋 Help members submit or update their biodata and verify details.
  • 🤝 Assist new users in joining the right WhatsApp groups or subscription plans.
  • 📞 Follow up with interested users for payments or upgrades.
  • 🧠 Maintain proper communication logs and feedback in Google Sheets.
  • 🌟 Ensure a positive experience for every member joining our community.

Requirements:

  • 🎓 Minimum qualification: Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream).
  • 🗣️ Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
  • 💻 Basic computer and WhatsApp Business knowledge.
  • 🤗 Friendly, patient, and people-oriented personality.
  • 🕐 Available to work full-time from Ramnagar office.
