Role & responsibilities

  • Handling Customer contacts via email/phone/chat
  • Overseeing the cycle of customer complaints.
  • Refund process for customers.
  • Esclate and resolve the customer issues wherever required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • An ability to communicate with customers easily and effectively
  • Having experience is Customer service of 2-5 years
  • Good computer skills
  • A customer first’ attitude and approach to working
  • Providing information about new and existing products and services
  • Tracking and processing new orders and refunds
  • Exprience in chat operation handling is a must.
  • Anaytical skill -MS Office
