Technotrillion Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-growing IT organization. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in an IT services or IT staffing environment. This role involves recruitment support, employee coordination, onboarding, documentation, and assisting in HR policies and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT company or staffing firm.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
