Junior HR Executive

As a Junior HR Executive, your role will involve assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities and managing day-to-day HR and administrative operations. This position offers you the opportunity to expand your career in Human Resources by gaining exposure to both people and process management. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing and screening candidates from various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Conduct initial HR interviews and maintain candidate databases. - Support the onboarding processes by collecting documents, creating employee profiles, and ensuring smooth joining formalities. - Maintain and update recruitment trackers to keep a record of candidate progress. - Assist in the preparation of HR letters, offer letters, and other necessary documentation. - Manage day-to-day office administration tasks including handling stationery, vendor coordination, and office upkeep. - Participate in planning employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR events. - Address employee queries and offer administrative support as required. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in HR is preferred.
