Junior Hr Executive

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Junior HR Executive to support key HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance monitoring, payroll support, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be approachable, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups. Manage employee onboarding and documentation. Maintain and monitor daily attendance and coordinate with outlets/teams for regular updates. Support payroll inputs by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records. Draft and issue letters such as offer letters, experience letters, warning letters, and other official documents. Support in handling employee queries and maintaining HR records. Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication. Assist in day-to-day HR & admin operational tasks as required. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or Admin role. Energetic, friendly, and approachable personality. Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information confidentially. Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
