Job Title: Hostess / Guest Relation Executive (GRE)Location: Hennur, Bangalore Restaurant Type: Fine Dining – Mediterranean, Japanese & Thai Cuisine Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Joining: Immediate / As per notice period Job Summary: We are looking for experienced and charming Hostesses and Guest Relation Executives (GRE) for our upcoming fine dining restaurant in Hennur, Bangalore, featuring Mediterranean, Japanese, and Thai cuisines. The ideal candidates should be presentable, energetic, and warm, with a strong passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming experience. Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently. Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth table turnover and guest satisfaction. Address and resolve guest inquiries or concerns professionally. Maintain updated records of bookings, preferences, and special occasions. Ensure the reception and waiting area is tidy, well-maintained, and presentable at all times. Build rapport with guests and create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits. Assist with special events or VIP guest coordination as needed. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within fine dining or luxury hospitality. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Presentable, polite, and professional appearance and demeanor. Positive attitude, enthusiastic personality, and a customer-first mindset. Honest, hardworking, and able to handle pressure during busy service hours. Well-organized, punctual, and able to multitask with a smile. Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.
