Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Intern focusing on Documentation and Employee Records Management, you will assist the HR team in organizing, maintaining, and updating employee records. Your role will also involve supporting various administrative tasks related to HR documentation. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in HR processes and contribute to the smooth functioning of the HR department. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with privacy laws and company policies. - Help organize and maintain all HR-related documents, including employee contracts, performance reviews, training certifications, and benefits information. - Support the team in digitizing and filing important employee documentation, ensuring easy accessibility of records when required. - Assist with the preparation and organization of onboarding paperwork for new hires, ensuring all necessary forms are completed and filed. - Support regular audits of employee records to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. - Aid in preparing HR-related reports by collecting and organizing data from employee records, ensuring timely updates of employee information in HR systems. - Ensure all employee information is handled confidentially and in compliance with data protection and privacy regulations. - Provide administrative support to the HR team as required, including assisting with the preparation of presentations, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings. Qualifications Required: - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of information accurately. - Interest in HR administration and employee records management. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Knowledge of HR software and record-keeping systems is a plus, but not required. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection laws.,
