  • • Maintaining employee records

  • • Handling HRMS software

  • 4. Payroll Support

  • • Collecting attendance data

  • • Coordinating with payroll team

  • • Basic understanding of salary structure

  • 5. Employee Engagement

  • • Planning small events and activities

  • • Handling employee queries

  • • Maintaining a positive workplace environment

Soft Skills
