Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with a creative mindset and the ability to visualize and develop unique, innovative designs. The role involves collaborating with senior designers and the marketing team to create visually impactful content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

●Conceptualize and design creative assets for social media posts, marketing materials, and website visuals.

● Study the project and target audience thoroughly.

●Ensure high-quality design output by adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a cohesive visual identity.

●Apply strong knowledge of color theory, typography and aesthetics to all designs.

●Assist the design team with various ad hoc projects and contribute fresh ideas.

●Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.

●Work closely with the Branding and Marketing teams to align designs with campaign objectives.

●Utilize AI tools to enhance design processes.

●Contribute to content writing when necessary.

Requirements:

●Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premier Pro, Figma and Canva

● Fluency in Mac and Windows environments

● Expertise in content creation, with keen attention to detail.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills. ● Ensure visuals, messaging, and interactive elements for a project are properly aligned with the creative vision and brand guidelines

●Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

●Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

●Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

●Basic knowledge of web design (HTML/CSS).

●Experience with video editing software.
