Key Responsibilities:

Possessing moderate knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software
Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
Identifying and resolving technical issues
Managing coordination at zonal levels, whenever required
Developing reports for teams across the business

Required Skills Set:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Basic understanding and knowledge of SQL and Oracle (preferred, not mandatory)
General working knowledge of retail/ ERP systems (preferred, not mandatory)
Ability to explain complex ideas to the clients with limited IT and systems knowledge
Good verbal and written communication skills, patience, listening and convincing abilities
Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience critical thinking skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
