We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Flutter Developer with 1+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application development to join our development team at [Your Company Name]. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for both Android and iOS platforms.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver smooth, responsive, and user-friendly mobile experiences. You will be responsible for implementing clean UI components, integrating RESTful APIs, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the complete app development lifecycle—from initial development to testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement highly responsive interfaces and smooth user experiences.
• Integrate and manage RESTful APIs, ensuring data accuracy and seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Identify, debug, and resolve performance issues or bugs in the applications.
• Work with backend and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions efficiently.
• Participate in app testing, deployment, and continuous improvement processes.
• Stay updated with Flutter updates, state management techniques, and mobile development trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Flutter Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter widgets, and state management tools (BLoC, Provider, GetX, or similar).
• Experience with API integration, JSON handling, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and collaborative development workflows.
• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
