Job Summary

Conversantech is looking for a talented Flutter Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in building mobile apps using Flutter and should be able to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop mobile apps for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart.
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, user-friendly screens.
• Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams.
• Participate in planning, code reviews, and daily standups.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
• Experience with state management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, etc.).
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications).
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).
• Experience with Flutter Web or Desktop.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
